Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, right after you come through customs, holding a board with your name on it. If you cannot see them, call the number in your confirmation email and we will put you in touch straight away.
We track every flight using the number you give us when booking, and your driver adjusts to the real landing time at no extra cost. Waiting time is free for 60 minutes after landing.
For cars carrying 1 to 4 passengers you only pay a 20% deposit online to confirm the booking, and the rest directly to the driver in cash or by card. For microbuses (5-8) and minibuses (9-16) the full amount is paid online when you book.
Yes, from "Manage my booking" using your reference and your email. Cars (1-4 passengers) are booked with a 20% deposit: you can change the date or time and cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup; after that the deposit is not refunded. Microbuses and minibuses are paid in full: cancellation is free up to 15 hours before pickup and after that 50% is refunded.
Approved child seats and boosters cost €10 each and are added when you book. Tell us the ages of the children so we fit the right seats before we collect you.
